Who said kids need to eat on the plastic plates and cups? We believe that all children are precious and should enjoy their meal in high quality and "real" tableware.  They will grow the sense of appreciation toward the foods they take every day as well as appreciation to the art.  These are hand made by Arita artisans and made with the same superb quality as other tableware for us big people.

Cutest bear print on the super quality Arita ware for kids.  The perfect gift for a youngster, this wonderful 4-Piece Set features a Bowl, Plate, Mug, and Spoon decorated with Potter’s illustrations of Sukusuku Bear and is sure to be treasured for many years to come.

Arita-yaki is porcelain made in the town of Arita in Saga Prefecture.  In 1616 the Korean potter, Ri Sanpei, discovered kaolin at Mt. Izumiyama in Arita and made porcelain for the first time in Japan. It was called "Imari-ware" in those days because it was shipped from the port of Imari.
