Shipping Charge

A lot of our products come directly from Japan unless we have inventory in the US.  No matter where the products are shipped from we charge only domestic shipping cost to the US customers and very reasonable shipping cost for customers outside the US.  We care about our customers and we want to introduce the quality ceramics ware at affordable prices!

Below is the shipping charge for delivery in the United States, Canada, UK, and Germany.  Please contact us before placing orders if you want the items to be shipped outside of United States.

Shipping Options
We ship via USPS Priority Mail if we have inventory in the US or EMS/SAL if we ship directly from Japan. For expedited options and fees, please contact sales@sakura-simple.com. Please note, USPS Priority Mail service will take 5 to 7 business days to reach you, depending on your location.

Your order of in-stock merchandise in the US will be processed and shipped within 72 hours of receipt. If your order is placed after 10 p.m. EST Monday through Friday, your order will be processed the next business day. We do not process orders or ship on Saturdays, Sundays or major holidays. You will receive an email with shipping information once your order has shipped.

Availability

Most of our products are in stock in our warehouse in the US but some products are in stock in Japan.  It will take an extra week or two for those products in Japan to arrive in our warehouse in the US.  Delivery time is noted in each product page.

International Shipping
Great News! We added Canada, UK, Australia, Germany, and Thailand in our system so that customers from those countries can place orders in our system.  For most of the other countries we can ship internationally via USPS. Please contact us before placing orders if you want the items to be shipped outside of United States, Canada, UK, Germany, and Thailand. We will add your country in the system so that you can place an order and select your country during the checkout. International orders take an additional 24 hours of processing.

Please note that import duties and tariffs are not included in the price of your product. These supplementary costs are the customer’s responsibility.  Customs duty and other taxes may be charged when a shipment reaches your country. If applicable, please pay those costs directly to the delivery agents or the customs office. Policies on those taxes vary in each country. Please contact the customs office at your country for more details.

Multiple Shipments
Shipments to more than 1 address need to be placed as separate orders, and will be processed as such.

Returns
We take our return policy very seriously.  Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 
Please note that shipping cost for returns is customer's responsibility unless the items are defective.
  

Order Status
If you've provided a valid email address when you order, you will receive a confirmation email.

 

Out of Stock and Back-Ordered Items
While we make every effort to have featured merchandise in stock, occasionally we are out of certain items. If we are out of stock or expecting a back-order on an item that you've ordered, you will receive an email notification with an expected ship date. If the wait for the item is too long for you, feel free to cancel the order.
